On 17 June, the Community Table of Slow Food Netherlands takes place at Boerderij De Eenzaamheid, with a focus on regenerative farming.
Amidst fields, waterways and open skies, we gather around a shared table to experience the flavours of regenerative agriculture: seasonal, locally grown, and rooted in care for soil, animals and farmers.
The menu is shaped by the rhythms of the land and the people working towards a more resilient food system.
